  • Workshops are offered throughout the year dealing with stress, trauma, coping skills, and other mental health practices.



Therapy Modalities

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: CBT is a short-term, problem-focused form of behavioral treatment that helps people draw connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We identify triggers, negative beliefs, and negative thoughts and work to create more positive thoughts and beliefs about yourself.

Expressive Arts Therapy: Utilizing breathing, dance, journaling, poetry, spoken word, painting, photography, or whatever art you choose to help you get to a place that helps you process your trauma.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing: EMDR is an evidence-based therapy modality used to heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. Basically, we make bad stuff less bad.

Person Centered Therapy: The treatment is all in the name. You are the center of attention, and we make the treatment all about you. We provide tools and resources to help you understand yourself and what you need to make positive changes in your life.

Reality Therapy: With this treatment modality, I tell it like it is. You will be validated when you need it, but I will also call you out on your stuff. We will have open and honest conversations about concerns in your life through therapeutic lenses.
